Redwood Mortgage Corporation (RMC) is owned and operated by Robert A.(Bob) Gascon. I have been in the mortgage business for over twenty years and have long established relationships through out the lending, real estate, appraisal and mortgage brokerage communities. I am a founding member of the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders, CIMBL.
RMC is a full service mortgage brokerage company based in Mississauga servicing the Greater Toronto Area. This means that we process all types of mortgage applications from fully qualified residential and equity mortgages to commercial mortgages.
RMC does not charge a brokerage fee on fully qualified residential applications for home purchases, equity take-outs and refinances o.a.c as the financial institution pays RMC a finder's fee to process the mortgage loan application.
