Happy 150th Canada! Special Two Days Of Festivities With Paint the Town Red.

Paint the Town Red Port Credit Canada Day celebrates Canada’s 150th birthday with a special 2-day celebration Saturday, July 1st & Sunday, July 2nd.


The Hazel McCallion Canada Day Parade, the only parade in Mississauga on July 1st starts at 11 am. The parade ends at La Villa Bakery with the cutting of a 16’ x 10’ Canadian Flag cake, known to be the largest of its kind.


Visit Port Credit’s Memorial Park for 2 days of live entertainment. The Main Stage features plays host to local and Canadian musicians; Canadian Girl Power, Tom Barlow, Memphis to Motown and Hotel California. 2017 celebrations will also include the addition of a licensed Memorial Park.


Dunsire Kids Zone & Stage is back with loads of activities and entertainment for the kids. New for 2017, the Memorial Park Youth Stage, Mississauga Pops Orchestra, A2D2 Aerial performances and so much more.


July 1st celebrations end with the launch of the largest Fireworks display shortly after 10 pm.


Don’t forget to visit the Credit Village Marina and Lighthouse stages on July 1st from 1 – 4 pm and support our local music school students.
