Port Credit BIA Members: Notice of AGM








The PCBIA, will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday November 8th, 2017

The purpose of the meeting is:

  1. To receive the Financial Statements of the PCBIA for the fiscal year end December 31, 2016
  2. To approve the Minutes of the November 2nd, 2016 AGM
  3. Budget 2018 Consultation
  4. To transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The PCBIA programming is funded by a special levy charged to commercial property owners and businesses in the Business Improvement Area.

The best way to participate in the decisions which your BIA is making on your behalf is to get involved.

If you are unable to attend and wish to appoint a person to vote on your behalf, please contact PCBIA staff by telephone or email by October 27, 2017

Please note, in accordance with the Ontario Municipal Act (OMA) no person in attendance shall have more than one vote Final decision will be made by the City Clerk.
