Attend the Premiere of Indwell Documentary: SAFE
Indwell will be screening a documentary film called SAFE at Cineplex Cinemas Mississauga that features some of our local Indwell residents.
Safe is a 45-minute documentary by John Butler (in 2021) and explores the experience of homelessness and the transition into permanent supportive housing. Several Indwell tenants are featured in the documentary.
The screening will take place at Cineplex Cinemas Mississauga ( sq one location on 309 Rathburn road) on Feb 27th from 7 pm – 8:30 pm – The screening is open to the public and tickets are free to attend.
The documentary was accepted into the Forest City Film Festival and the Hamilton Film Festival in 2022 and is an inspiring conversation about housing in our community.
There will be a Q & A session directly following the screening that we will be hosting
